Chocolate Crepes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup instant-blending or finely milled flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup skim milk
Two eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
2 cups fresh berries

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the flour and cocoa.

Add the milk, eggs and honey. Stir until combined, about one minute.

Note: If the mixture is too thick, add more milk, 1-tablespoon at a time.

Coat an 8-inch no-stick frying pan with no-stick spray and heat over medium heat until hot.

Pour three-tablespoons of batter into the pan and swirl to coat.

Cook the crepe until it releases easily from the pan, about one minute.

Turn the crepe and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.

Continue until all the batter is gone.
