Orange Sunshine Smoothie
Low Calorie Recipe
Simply place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Recipe makes 1 Orange Sunshine Smoothie. Also included, the original Sunshine smoothie.
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.

The Original Sunshine Smoothie!
2 ripe bananas, broken into several pieces
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
1 cup lemon or orange low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed. Or place in a container and process with an immersion blender. Serve at once in tall glasses. Serves 2 to 3.
