Low Calorie Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie

Tastes just like the popular after dinner drink! Includes the Green and White Creme De Menthe. If you love those, you will love this pie. Uses low fat ice cream.

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons 1 percent milk
7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup Green Creme De Menthe
2 tablespoons White Creme De Cacao
8 ounces frozen fat free Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups vanilla low fat ice cream, softened
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Recipe Directions

Grasshopper Pie Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Stir with fork until moist. Press into a 9-inch spring form pan. Chill.

Combine the next 2 ingredients in a micro safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute, stirring once. Add the next 3 ingredients to the mixture and stir until combined. Spread ice cream into the pie crust pan, top with the marshmallow mixture. Freeze 6 hours. Drizzle with the chocolate syrup. Serve.
