Super Fruity Salad

Low Calorie Recipe

Super fruits include cantaloupe, apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, bananas, yogurt with optional granola added if desired.

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 apples
2 oranges
15 to 20 red seedless grapes
10 strawberries
2 bananas
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup granola (optional)

Recipe Directions

Fruit Salad Wash the apples and grapes, and peel the oranges and bananas. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Chop the apples, bananas, and oranges into bite size pieces. Cut the strawberries in half. Leave grapes whole.

Combine all the fruit in a large bowl, and stir in yogurt. If you want extra crunch, stir in the granola.

Recipe makes 8 to 10 servings at 1/2-cup each.
