Sweet Dessert Crepes
Low Calorie Recipe
A crepes batter mix, cooked as directed with cinnamon and filled with a sweet fruit mixture of bananas, apples, blueberries and strawberries.
Recipe Ingredients
Basic Crepes batter:
1-1/4 cups milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender container, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in cinnamon.
Recipe Directions
Fruit mixture:
1 medium banana, cut up
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed and strained
Prepare Basic Crepes batter as directed. Makes crepes as directed with crepe pan.
Toss banana, apple, and blueberries together in a mixing bowl. Tuck crepes into chilled dessert cups and fill with fruit mixture or fill and fold crepes with fruit mixture.
Drizzle with pureed strawberry sauce.
