Sweet Dessert Crepes

Dessert Crepes Ingredients:
Basic Crepes batter
1/2 medium ground cinnamon
1 medium banana, cut up
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed and strained
Directions:
Prepare Basic Crepes batter as directed, adding cinnamon. Makes crepes as directed.
Toss banana, apple, and blueberries together in a mixing bowl. Tuck crepes into chilled dessert cups and fill with fruit mixture or fill and fold crepes with fruit mixture. Drizzle with pureed strawberry sauce. Makes 12 Sweet Dessert Crepes.
