Chocolate Crepes

Directions: Coat an 8-inch no-stick frying pan with no-stick spray and heat over medium heat until hot. Pour three-tablespoons of batter into the pan and swirl to coat. Cook the crepe until it releases easily from the pan, about one minute. Turn the crepe and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds. Continue until all the Chocolate Crepe batter is gone. |
