Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Low Calorie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli, peeled, quartered and cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup cauliflower, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Horseradish Dressing
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 8-ounce container plain low-fat yogurt

Directions:
Mix broccoli, cauliflower, onion, and pepper. Chill.
Mix horseradish and mayonnaise until blended. Carefully fold into yogurt. Pour over vegetables and mix lightly.
Recipe makes 6 servings Broccoli Cauliflower Salad.
