Directions: Take a heaping teaspoon at a time and roll in the palms of your hand to form a 1-inch ball - you should get eight balls. Roll each ball in the reserved cornflake crumbs to coat them on all sides. Arrange them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill them in the refrigerator. Just before serving, roll each ball in sugar and serve each in their own little paper liner. Recipe makes 8 bon bons. |
