Low Calorie Recipe

A healthful creamy breakfast shake with vanilla yogurt, skim milk, orange juice concentrate. wheat germ, sweetener and vanilla extract.

Bananas and strawberries in Breakfast Shake


1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 packets sugar substitute (such as Stevia)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 ice cubes

Recipe Directions

In a blender at medium speed, blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.

Pour into a glass.

Recipe Variation

Add 1/2-cup sliced bananas or strawberries; blend as directed.
