Italian Sausage and Peppers Low Calorie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 pound Italian sausage (sliced)
One onion (diced)
One green pepper (sliced)
One yellow pepper (sliced)
1/4 cup nonfat chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
One large garlic clove (crushed)

Directions:
Brown Italian sausage. Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and steam until vegetables and sausage are throughly cooked.
Recipe makes four, 1-cup servings Italian Sausage and Peppers.
