Italian Flank Steak

Ingredients:
Two (.7 ounce each) packages fat free Italian salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
One (1 pound) flank steak

Directions:
Combine salad dressing mix, oil and lemon juice.

Brush onto both sides of steak; place in a shallow dish.

Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Grill over hot coals for four minutes per side for medium, five minutes per side for medium-well or until desired doneness is reached.

Recipe makes four servings.

One serving equals 267 calories.
