Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
One garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Aftificial sweetener to equal 2-4 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake well.

Refrigerate overnight.

Recipe makes 2/3-cup.

Two-tablespoons equal 96 calories.
