Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated fructose **or other sugar replacement
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup low fat milk (1-percent) or skim milk
2/3 cup liquid shortening
Two eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes.
Let cool.
Yield: 24 servings
