Powdered Sugar Replacement

If you're skeptical about trying this, break the recipe down in half -- you may be pleasantly surprised at how much this tastes like powdered sugar! You can then make a full batch once you are sure it's to your liking.

Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar replacement

Yield: 4 cups

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.

Whip until well blended and powdered.

One, 1/2-cup serving equals 55 calories.
