Brownie Oat Cookies
These cookies are low in fat and simple to make!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg whites, syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
Recipe makes 3 dozen cookies.
