Rainbow Fruit Salad

Rum Extract delicately flavors this medley of fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
6 cups fresh fruit, such as grapes, melon, berries
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon rum extract
Sour cream

Directions:
Combine fruit, confectioners sugar, and rum extract. Serve chilled, with a dollop of sour cream.
