Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 avocados, cubed or mashed
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 /4 cup sweet white onion, chopped
1 /2 cup non fat sour cream
1 teaspoon chili seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Cover tightly and chill for one hour prior to serving.

Recipe makes four 1/2 cup servings.
