Oven Barbecued Chicken
Low Fat Recipe
6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless if desired)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce (more if desired)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Remove chicken from oven and turn over. Brush sauce over chicken pieces.
Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken prior to serving.
