Honey Dijon Chicken
Low Fat Recipe
Dijon mustard and honey combine to add zippy flavor to boneless chicken for Honey Dijon Chicken.
1 package McCormick Bag n Season for Chicken
1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange opened Roasting Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Place chicken in bag. Combine Seasoning Blend with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Substitute 2-1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts for boneless chicken breasts and increase baking time to 50 minutes.
