Easy Pizza Crust

Directions: Transfer the dough to a large bowl that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in volume. Punch the dough down and roll to fit a 16-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle the outside of the crust with cornmeal and top with your favorite sauce and toppings. Cook in a preheated 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Slice into 12 slices using a pizza cutter or large knife. Recipe makes six servings. Serving Size: 2 slices |
