Stuffed Tomatoes
Low Fat Recipe - Fight the Fat!

Cherry tomatoes with low fat cottage cheese, green onion, fresh cervil - or dried, dill or dill weed and lemon pepper.
Recipe Ingredients
15 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup 1-percent lowfat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chervil or 1/4 teaspoon dried chervil
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
Recipe Directions
Cut thin slice off bottom of each tomato and scoop out pulp with small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and stuff tomatoes with mixture.
Serve at once or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.
