Turkey and Rice Soup Low Fat Recipe
Here is an easy soup to make with with leftover turkey. Roasted Chicken and Herb Gravy gives you all the seasoning that you need, along with well developed poultry flavor.
Ingredients:
1 package Roasted Chicken and Herb Gravy
3 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed turkey
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Combine gravy mix, water, and chicken broth in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
Add the remaining ingredients. Return to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Makes 7 (1 cup) servings
