Sour Cream Dip

Low Fat Recipe - Fight the Fat!

Enjoy your favorite fruits with this lightly spiced sour cream dip. Use regular sour cream or half sour cream and half yogurt if you prefer.

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup light dairy sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon rum extract

Recipe Directions

Sour Cream Dip Place sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt in a small bowl and stir until well combined.

Place sour cream in separate bowl and stir sugar mixture into sour cream. Add vanilla and rum extracts and stir.

Spoon into serving dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit.
