Alpine Muesli with Red and Green Grapes
Low Fat Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
ground cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup seedless green grapes

Directions:
Place the oats, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Stir in the nuts and grapes when ready to serve.

Recipe makes ten servings.

Make it Seasonal (Valentines or Christmas)
Substitute 1 cup of chopped dried fruit for the red and green grapes, or try dried apricots, cranberries or cherries.
