Directions: Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whip cream until thickened. Add to gelatin mixture. Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate syrup; stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into a greased pie pan. Chill. Cut into 8 pieces. Dot with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over Grasshopper Pie slices when serving, if desired.
