1/4 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs

5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions

brownies Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, vanilla, splenda, Sweet-n-Low, and eggs well. Add dry ingredients and stir to mix. Be careful not to overmix.

Spoon into prepared pan and wet your hands with water and press the batter out to fill the pan.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. When the brownies pull away from the sides of the pan and are set in the middle they are done.
