Chocolate Brownies
Low Carb Recipe

 

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar substitute
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup soy flour
1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt butter; add cocoa and stir well. Add sugar substitute and blend. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Stir in vanilla, flour and gluten. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoons vanilla
10 packets sugar substitute

Blend well. Frost Chocolate Brownies as desired.

Without icing or nuts, 22 grams entire recipe
