Directions: Stir constantly until bubbling. Turn off heat and add cocoa and coffee. Whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and either freeze or refrigerate. Refrigerating makes a great soft fudge to be eaten with a spoon or perfect as a frosting. Frozen Mocha Fudge makes delicious fudge bars that you can store away in small bars.
