Mocha Fudge

Strictly Sweet Low Carbohydrate Recipes

Frozen mocha fudge makes delicious fudge bars that you can store away in bite size bars and keep handy for any time a craving hits.

Mocha Fudge

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
14 packages sugar substitute (such as Stevia)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee

Recipe Directions

Heat first 3 ingredients on low heat stirring until you have a smooth sauce. Add sugar substitute and adjust to taste.

Stir constantly until bubbling. Turn off heat and add cocoa and coffee. Whisk until mixture is smooth.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish and either freeze or refrigerate.

Refrigerating makes a great soft fudge to be eaten with a spoon or perfect as a frosting.
