Berry Mousse
Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream, cold
1/4 cup Splenda or to taste
1 cup berries

 

Directions:
Put the cream in a deep bowl. Using an electric mixer, set it on high and beat the cream.

Add the Splenda and berries as you mix. Beat the mixture until it is firm.

Use your berry of choice, depending on your taste.

If you feel adventurous add a little cottage cheese for a mock ambrosia.
