Chocolate Peanut Butter Loaf

Chocolate Peanut Butter Loaf contains protein powder in place of flour and sugar substitute in place of sugar to dramatically lower the carbs, not the flavor.

Low Carb Diet

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar free peanut butter, melted
2/3 cup protein powder
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
8 packages sugar substitute
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions

Bread loaf Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix oil and eggs until well blended.

Add the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave and pour it into the dry ingredients. Add the oil and egg to the dry ingredients and then add the water. Stir until blended.

Pour the batter into a non-stick sprayed loaf pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
