Cinnamon
Splenda
Cooking spray

Recipe Directions

Cinnamon Roll Prepare Ketogenics bread mix. Divide in two equal pieces. Place one section on a long sheet of waxed paper sprinkled with soy powder or soy flour.

Roll ball of dough in long, thin rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle heavily with cinnamon, then a good amount of Splenda, 1/2 cup or so. Roll up lengthwise and place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Slice into 1-inch rolls, (use dental floss by sliding under roll, crossing on top and pulling both ends makes nice rolls without crushing the dough).

Place cut side down on sprayed cookie sheet; brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle on more cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so until rolls are browned but still soft. Let cool. Repeat with remaining ball of dough.

Frosting:: Mix 8 ounces cream cheese with 1/3 stick of softened butter. Blend in 4 packets of Spenda and a dash of vanilla. Blend until creamy; ice rolls.

Store rolls in refrigrator.

Recipe makes 24 servings Ketogenics Cinnamon Rolls. Serving size: 1 roll.
