Grasshopper PieIngredients:1 small package sugar free lime jello 1 small package sugar free lemon jello 1 cup cream 2/3 cup boiling water 1/2 cup cold water Ice cubes 1 teaspoon peppermint extract 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate syrup (optional) Directions: Dissolve jello in 2/3 cup boiling water at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whip cream until thickened. Add to gelatin mixture. Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate syrup; stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into a greased pie pan. Chill. Cut into 8 pieces. Dot with whipped cream.
