Cool Cream Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups of whipping cream ( NOT whipped yet)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar free chocolate instant Jello pudding

Directions:
Whip up the cream as you normally would with the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Gently fold in the pudding. Mix well.

Line cookie sheets with wax paper, and drop the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls.

Freeze on the cookie sheets, then put in freezer bags, or tupperware.

Makes about 50 cookies.
