Key Lime Delight
Strictly Sweet Low Carbohydrate Recipes
Key Lime Delight with one large box of sugar free lime Jello and sour cream, key lime juice and a packet of sweetener is all you need for this citrusy delight.
1 large box (0.6-ounce) sugar free lime Jell-O
3 cups boiling water
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons Key Lime Juice
1 packet sweetener
Mix package of Jell-O with boiling water and add 1-teaspoon of lime juice. Stir well (two minutes).
Refrigerate 30 minutes (this is important otherwise it will separate).
Mix into Jell-O, 1-cup of the sour cream using an electric mixer. Pour into six ramekins. Refrigerate for two hours.
Mix 1-cup sour cream, 1-teaspoon lime juice and the sweetener.
After the Jell-O has set, spoon sour cream mixture on top. Refrigerate or serve.
