Lamb Patties Low Carbohydrate Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/4 pounds ground lamb
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon mint leaves, chopped
Yield: 4 Servings

Directions:
Prepare grill or turn on broiler.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil 4-5 minutes per side until just cooked throughout.
