Fun Snack Balls
Low Carbohydrate Recipe

You can't be this recipe in simplicity, but it truly is a fun treat -- tasty, crunchy and the peanut butter makes it satisfying!

1/2 cup corn flakes cereal, or wheat cereal
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Waxed paper

Yield: 2 Servings

Directions:
Crumble the cereal in a bowl. Mix in the peanut butter, stirring thoroughly.

Form mixture into small balls.

Place on wax paper and put in freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened. Serve (or eat!).
