Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies use butter, sugar free peanut butter, unsweetened chocolate, ricotta cheese, protein powder and artifical sweetener come together to make these chocolate peanut butter treats.
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate in the microwave.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the melted combo to the dry ingredients and drop by heaping teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten the tops and bake for seven to eight minutes. (They are a bit crumbly).
Note: These will freeze well.
Yield: 20 cookies.
