Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Low Carbohydrate Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar free peanut butter
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup protein powder
10 packages artificial sweetener
Yield: 20 medium-size cookies.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate in the microwave.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the melted combo to the dry ingredients and drop by heaping teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten the tops and bake for seven to eight minutes. (They are a bit crumbly).
Note:
These will freeze well.
