Garlic Cauliflower
|
Directions:
Break the cauliflower up into florets.Steam the cauliflower in
the microwave or boil in enough until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes,
depending upon the strength of your microwave. Drain the
cauliflower and place it in serving bowl.
While the cauliflower is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small skillet and saute the garlic over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well. Pour over the cauliflower, too to coat and serve immediately.
