Venison Fillets
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds venison tenderloin steaks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Mix thoroughly and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill or turn on broiler.
Grill or broil fillets 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare done meat.
