Light cream cheese blended smooth with confectioners sugar makes a creamy base for the additions of pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and orange juice concentrate.
1 package (8 ounce) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
>2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 can (15 ounce) solid pack pumpkin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
In another medium bowl, mix solid pack pumpkin, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and frozen orange juice concentrate. Thoroughly mix in the cream cheese blend. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
