An easy pumpkin pie sweetened with honey and enriched with evaporated milk. Serve with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

Honey Sweetened Pumpkin Pie with Pumpkin

Recipe Ingredients

1 15-oz. can pure pumpkin
8 ounces evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
>1 9-inch pie crust

Recipe Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, skim milk, eggs, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves until well blended.

Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly on wire rack before slicing. Store in the refrigerator.
