Magic Wands with Vampire Blood

For the adults, a delicious halloween appetizer. Italian bread crumbs with Parmesan and garlic seasons zucchini. Spaghetti sauce used for dipping "blood"...
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons freshly grated or canned Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 medium zucchini
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Place bread crumbs, cheese and garlic powder in zipper plastic bag. Shake well to combine. Set aside.
Cut each zucchini lengthwise into 8 pieces.
In large, flat bowl, beat egg with milk. Dip each zucchini stick in egg mixture and then drop in bag of crumb mixture. Shake until coated and place on the cookie sheet. Repeat with rest of sticks. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Serve with spaghetti sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
