Grand Marnier Fruit Cup
Healthy Holiday Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small peach or nectarine, peeled
2 small purple plums
1 small apple
24 green seedless grapes, cut in half
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons grand marnier

Directions:
Cut fruit into bite sized pieces, removing stones from peaches and plums and core from apple. Mix all fruits well with remaining ingredients.

Spoon into a jar; cover and chill for at least one hour to blend flavors.

Recipe makes four Grand Marnier Fruit Cup servings.
