Cranberry Rice 
Healthy Thanksgiving Recipe

Wild and white rice with toasted walnuts, green onions, dried cranberries and a bit of orange zest for a citrus addition to this festive side dish.
Recipe Ingredients
1 package wild and white rice
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
Prepare the rice according to package directions (includes 1 tablespoon butter).
In a medium bowl, mix together the walnuts, green onions, cranberries, zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the rice and toss well.
