Cranberry Rice
Healthy Thanksgiving Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package wild and white rice
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Prepare the rice according to package directions (includes 1 tablespoon butter).

In a medium bowl, mix together the walnuts, green onions, cranberries, zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the rice and toss well.

Recipe makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings Cranberry Rice.
