Valentine's Wild Hearts
Happy Healthy Holidays!
From the city of love, these Parisian heart-shaped cakes are topped with gobs of melted chocolate. Bon Appetit!
1 box yellow cake mix
1 container white frosting
Red food coloring
1 bag Dove Milk or Dark Chocolate Hearts
1 container ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
1 bag M and Ms Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's Day
Heart-shaped cookie cutter
Make cake according to package's directions. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, and bake until done. Allow cake to cool, then cut cake in half, lengthwise.
Create pink frosting by placing white frosting in bowl and adding red food coloring until desired shade of pink is achieved. Spread frosting onto one layer of cake. Sprinkle with M and M's Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine's, then top with remaining layer of cake.
Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, about 2 1/2 to 3 inches in size, cut hearts out of cake and place onto wire rack.
To melt Dove Milk or Dark Chocolate Hearts, microwave for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on medium power, stirring every 20 to 30 seconds, being very careful not to burn.
Pour the melted Dove Milk or Dark Chocolate Hearts over heart-shaped cakes, being sure to enrobe completely. Decorate with M and M's candies as desired.

Valentine Treat for a Friend
Everyone knows a person or two who may feel left out on Valentine's day. Why not brighten their mood on this day for love? Love doesn't have to be of the romantic kind to make someone feel extra special!
Decorate a small paper bag with valentines cut from pink, red or white paper and glued on. Or draw valentines with crayons or markers. Then fill your treat bag with slightly crushed pink, red or white tissue paper, on top of which you place wrapped Valentine candies and a card you have made that says, "You are special!"
Seal your thoughtful bag of love and leave in a secure place where your friend is sure to find it.
