No Cook Easter MintsHappy Easter!

Create your own special Easter mints with these simple no bake mints. Color in pretty pastel colors. Make these candies as big or as small as you wish.

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup soft butter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
Food coloring (3 different colors)*
3-1/2 cups sifted confectioner sugar

*Yellow, red, and green makes a pretty combination

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4-inch. Cut into heart shapes using cookie cutters.

Before baking, take small dough balls (1/2-inch) and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Set the skewers on top of the balls. Flatten the balls and place heart-shaped dough on top of the skewers.

Bake for seven to nine minutes.

After baking, frost cookies with ready-made pink or white frosting and decorate with M and Ms Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays and Skittles Bite Size Candies Fun Size for Valentine's Day.
