Fast and Easy Easter Turkey Dinner

Have a healthful and hearty turkey dinner in a snap this Easter Sunday! A 12 pound turkey with onions and carrots, seasoned with rosemary and roasted in stock.
1 12 pound turkey
1 onion, shredded
4 tablespoons rosemary
1/4 cup melted butter
6 cups stock
Stuff turkey with the onion, carrot, and rosemary.
In medium bowl, mix together the spaghetti sauce and ground beef.
Brush the outside with the melted butter.
Place breast side down in a roaster. Add the stock and place in a 500-degrees oven.
Roast for one hour. Reduce heat to 450-degree and turn the turkey over. Roast for about one more hour.
Yield: 12 servings
