Easter Bunnies on a Stick Happy Easter!

These chocolate Easter bunnies are made using white and chocolate coating. These are adorable and great for Easter Baskets. You will also nee taffy molds, sticks and taffy covers.

Ingredients:

1 pound chocolate coating
1 pound white coating or any color
Taffy molds
Sticks
Taffy covers

Note: You can buy your molds and sticks, and sleeves of plastic to put over the taffy at a candy supply store.

Recipe Directions

Chocolate Easter Bunny Melt the coatings. (An electric fry pan with water on low works well. Use small stainless steel or glass bowls to melt different color coatings as well as the chocolate).

Fill the molds, put in stick and roll it to coat it and set it in the coating. Place in the freezer for a minute or two to make them nice and shiny. Then set them either in refrigerator or other cool place to complete the cooling process.

When the bunnies are set to room temperature, place in the plastic sleeve.
