Chocolate Easter Cake

Bake up this delicious chocolate cake recipe in a bunny or egg shaped cake pan and decorate with pretty pastel Easter candies or sprinkles.
1 8-ounce milk chocolate bar, cut into chunks
1/4 cup butter
1-2/3 cup boiling water
2-1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups light brown sugar; packed
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Combine chocolate bar, butter and water in a mixing bowl; stir until chocolate is melted.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; gradually add chocolate mixture, beating for several minutes until well blended.
Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; continue to beat until well mixed, about minute or two.
Pour into greased, floured 9 x 13 egg-shaped or bunny-shaped pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool, frost and decorate with your favorite chocolate frosting and Easter candies or sprinkles.
Yield: 8 servings
