Small steps today will reap big benefits tomorrow!

Below is a list of ideas on way you can try cutting out some of the excess fat, calories, sugar, salt, etc. from your daily diet, without too much hassle, no calorie counting and just a tiny bit of effort!

Some tips may not apply to you, but do look the list over and do your best to incorporate all that apply to your lifestyle and reap the benefits of a healthier, leaner you!

  • Use fat free milk over whole milk - or if you really dislike the fat free (some say it's like water), at least go to 2 or even 1-percent.
  • Drink water before a meal.
  • Eat leaner red meat and poultry.
  • Eat half your dessert.
  • Avoid food portions larger than your fist.
